Loved your demo of this cool piece of kit. I play sax and you covered this so well Rob - to the point informative and smooth great work - you are not bad on that stringy thing either 😂👍
This really is an impressive microphone and so much more. I'm really glad you showed the bit with connecting your effects processor. I don't think people quite realize yet how unique this microphone is. I absolutely *love* mine!
Great video this mate! What an impressive piece of kit to do all that. Love the minimal cables etc and the sound was great. I need this in my life. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts 👍
I wasn't kidding when i said it was a game changer. It cuts out the need for an interface and the only cables you need is the USB and the aux cable from your guitar pedal to the microphone.
This mic looks amazing. I might have to check it out. So i take it you would recommend it over using something like an irig on tiktok for live streams. As I have been looking at that as well. This seems like it would work out cheaper... Have you used an irig before? If so, how would you describe the sound quality between the two? Is this clearer? Does it have a charger?
This would certainly be a cheaper option than the irig because with this, you wouldn’t need an interface. I need to compare the sound quality between the two, so that would be a good future video! & this is powered by the device it’s plugged into
Does your amp have a headphone socket on it? I run a mini Jack cable from the headphone output on my effects pedal straight into the microphone - so if you did that then no noise would come out of the amp it would go straight into the microphone 🤟
I have a powered Yamaha special effects mixer I use for my guitar and vocals at live shows. If I get this microphone for at home studio use, can I plug this microphone straight into the mixer as I would at a live show to use the special effects for the guitar?
@@hayleyjackson134 if your mixing desk has a headphone out you can plug an aux cable into it & plug it into the aux on the microphone? I’m sure that would work
To be honest I’m not sure about a microphone that plugs into the wall, most microphones are passive or take phantom power from a desk or device. This microphone takes power from the phone or laptop. The Bluetooth is to send audio to the microphone, I’m not sure if it sends audio from the microphone to a device. I’ll have to test that!

Exactly, I use it for many things. I have a video coming out showing how I use it for livestreams on social media!

Hey Rob, really decent introduction here! Your guitar technique is superb too.
Thankyou! it's so great to hear how the guitar sounds great through the microphone - both electric and acoustic!

@@RobGalley I’ve got a thing that says phone record out and aux in that’s it and the rest is for the jack to go to my pedal and input to guitar 🤘🏻🤘🏻

I've got a question, is it possible to buy a microphone that you can plug into the wall and then connect it to your phone through Bluetooth?

Bluetooth is just a receiver, the sound from the microphone cannot be transmitted to the mobile phone through Bluetooth
@@Samisonyu Thanks for that!
