@@TheHonouredOne89 i have a similar built, short femurs, 173cm height (idk his height tho), huge thighs... to go ass to grass you need longer femurs basically, with shorter femurs you have to compensate by losing the lumbar spine to go lower cause your bones are literally too short 😂

Fuck so happy for you, this was my reaction when I hit 185kg growing up with asthma and doctors telling me all my life I shouldn't exercise to much and then I turned 40 years old and nailed it, and that was my exact reaction.

This video was pure chills. Have been seeing the journey since the start. The only person that questioned if you can do the 300 was only you. Nobody in their right mind would even thought twice about you being capable of it. You are the Irish fridge. My inner thought seeing 300kg move so fast was that 310 was in the tank or 305 at least. That 300 looked way easier than the 290 you did some days ago. This was perfect. Good job fridge your hard work has paid off.
