I like to say it was an emotional abuse journey cos I’m from the Holy Land (Palestine- West Bank) and we are in a war and they made me feel much worse. Basically I left one month ago, I was with them for 8 months and I was able to know the name of the church and the OV before getting the oil and they knew that I didn’t believe them fully so the way they used to rebuke me was insane. They were crazy about pushing me to leave my church especially because I’m a Sunday school leader so for them I’m teaching the false truth ( Satans work) and because I’m really involved in my church I know a lot about the Bible and I would tell them that this doesn’t go with certain verses from the Bible or the teachings of Jesus. Thank God I was able to leave without losing myself and most importantly my faith.

I'm going to agree with you that we regret the things we did not do more than the things we did... I will recommend a book called " The Power of Regret". It's a cool book to read. I was in that Bible Study for 10 months in Australia,as we started into Revelation something caught on my attention about the Great Multitude in White who will receive Salvation by recognising God, Jesus & NJ or Promised Pastor. I was troubled & went home that night and around 2am on Tuesday I woke up in night search Shincheonji & came across a lot of testimonies & warning to International Students in Australia. I was terrified ,confused and shocked and almost committed suicide 😓😓.Luckily I have a Korean Friend that she even confirmed me & warn me to leave . I called my BS teacher & he was like you have to discern for yourself, Satan can use your family & Friends, your emotions to bring you away . Long story short, my Bible Study buddies who invited me were already part of it & pretending they were new comer the whole time. After I found out I was upset because that’s LIE of course in Gods sight . Again they don’t have proper church & signs of course for people to gather instead it was too isolated & they would host an event without putting out the name of church…After watching all the testimonies online I leave this BS this morning & block all their contacts.
One person left the bible class of this shincheonji....and the evangelists did insult that person by saying that his decision has this that reason and it was like she was enjoying that insult for that person that had the brains to understand their tactics
I actually spoke to one of the 'Teacher Asssitants' and told her why I had to leave (I gave her bible verses as well). I felt bad because she is brainwahsed but then again they lie so much I don’t know if I should. I really hope something happens so that people leave. This is also one of regrets. I wish i could have openly said why I wanted to leave. That way others could have opened their eyes and leave as well...
It’s scary you feel like they’re so entitled to a reason, my girlfriend is in their Bible study rn and I overheard one of them bring up that people think it’s a cult so I brought it up to her after and she got defensive/annoyed
@@dylam541 yeah. People think that because it is a cult. They hide from the public and don’t hide the truth of their doctrine. They might say you are not ready to know but they don’t just withhold information, they lie. I recall the TA asked me if I heard it was a cult and questioned me about what other things I had heard about them. You should have her research more about it and use the Bible to see if they are behaving according to Christ's teachings.
