Spence, two skate/BMX parks coming to Richmond, VA soon. One is in Sandston (4 miles from the airport) and the other is in the heart of the city at Mayo Island. I don't want to post links and get spam filtered, so I just encourage you to look them up. The Mayo Island news is in RichmondBizSense today, the city bought it for $15M and plans to build a huge skate/bmx/both park there. Richmond hosted the X Games in 1997, and there is a low key BMX scene overdue for getting the parks it deserves. Now that I'm too old and brittle to enjoy them. The weather here in the summer is pretty bomb.

I live in the 813 and make at least 3 trips to GA to ride. One of those trips have been in the winter, and f that cold they have there. I'll take the heat here instead of the cold. Wish ya the best though.🍻

That's cool your learning piano, I did the same thing starting out, writing the notes on the keys. But trust me, learn without that. You'll be so used to it, that you try to play without them and you won't be able to find anything
