Apane jo exercise batayi hai vedio mai bahot hi acchi batai hai. Maine apane bache se ye exercise karvai hai. To vo thoda thoda khada ho rahi hai. Jo pehale bilkul nahi khada ho raha tha.. thank you sir... Apke vajase bahot help hui hai.

सर मेरे बेटे को भी ये प्रोब्लम है 16 साल का है 8th क्लास में है अभी सर वो अपने सारे काम खुद करता है वॉकर से पूरी गली में घूम कर आता है छत पर तीसरी मंजिल पे भी अपने आप चढ़ जाता है ग्रिल को पकड़ के। नहाना धोना खाना पीना और पढ़ाई सब अपने आप करता है पढ़ने में भी बहुत अच्छा है बिलकुल नॉर्मल हमारी ओर आपकी तरह ।बस चलने में ही दिक्कत है बिना सहारे के नहीं चल पाता 5/7 कदम से ज्यादा । एक बेंत से भी चलता है

Immediately after getting injury, i feel that i couldn't stand properly, Now I can walk and run,but there is a little pain in my knee.
Oh, i tried to play football again yesterday, But I couldn't.
