I found your channel because of the renovations and have been stuck around for the other content too :) I'm from Faial, so a neighbour lol It's amazing to see the Azores way of life and pace being so appreciated by someone from the outside and bigger "world" who chose to stay here. Having left twice, first for college and after just to work, I found myself in the island again. It's not a hard life as when my parents were little, but it takes a mindset to accept the island. The next time you have to cross the canal, I'd be glad to meet or help you with way I can :)
