Brembo caliper: 2010-2016 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Track front calipers.

Holes not lining up is a common problem. First let me say I was a 20 year composite engineer, motorcycle and aircraft mostly. I am very sure track life molds and parts are made from Ester Resins. ( polyester) The problem is polyester resins expand and contract a great deal with air temperature changes. Example. Parts built in let's say Florida's hot climate then sent to cold ass NY climate physical size of the part is going to change, when you go to install the parts they don't appear to fit worth a dam at all. There is a way to completely resolve this issue. Build your master plug from epoxy resins, build your laminating molds from epoxy and lay up all your parts for the public market from epoxy resin using a 7725 series 8.9oz twill weave cloth. (No matt crap!) Fitment would be perfect on every car every time given the car has not been bent up in a wreck. There you have it......

Solid build so far! Don't waste too much time making those calipers pretty though. A few hard track days and whatever paint you have on them is gonna burn and look like crap anyway.

Bracket is not the same for 96-00. 99-00 have a slimmer bracket for bumper by headlight

Should of not cut the lip off the fender aki.. i did that once and it stab my tire, nothing happened tho, to the tire at least... the fender will flex too much and turn into bacon.. the lip could of just been bent up and that would of made it sturdy.

Drill the world spots out and reweld the ones you need simple and easy you don't have to rip the core support out just the two little brackets is got to weld spots on each one of them out and re-welded
