+s mast yep- they have it down. I am a repeat customer. They’ll send you some special sales that are hard to beat. Also -I’ll re use the foam coolers - great to use as leave behind drink coolers.
Video made me dizzy with the unstable camera - but thank you anyhow - I will be buying a variety box there tomorrow as they sent out a flyer with some excellent deals.

I buy meat and seafood from a guy that knows a guy who's wife's brother works at a restaurant and the drivers always leaves a few cases with him. Buckhead Beef brand has really good steaks, burgers and prime rib.

Bah on frozen steaks. Buy never been frozen prime beaf from Smith and Wollensky ( I didn't know they shipped either but they do!)
Yeah big rip. Got package from mother for Christmas and found out what she paid . I about flipped . Go to your local butcher and SAVE a ton and better quality.

i agree with most of this, but the only thing he didn't open was the hot dogs.
I got a gift box for Christmas. Hamburger meat was cheap and an unappetizing gray color. I cooked the chicken in a casserole and it was actually tough! I've never had tough chicken before! The "deals" are no deals - ingodly overpriced. The steaks were ok, but at 4 oz it's hard not to overcook them. I can't believe anyone buys this for anything other than a gift. My local Kroger has better quality and much lower price. If you're too lazy to go to the store and like to waste money, Omaha Steaks is for you!
damn that's a pretty big ass box to have that much meat inside. Hmm I was always quite skeptical about buying food mail order style because you don't know how well they take care of their food orders. And then you get it and the food's spoiled and you ain't getting your money back. But this looks promising though - I've had a curiosity about buying from this steak company but never actually went ahead to do it. Good to see that the food does exist and it's not a scam.
Omaha steaks does a lot of bundle specials... some can get pretty good.
omaha steaks fill the needs of whom. Who is willing to pay the money. There are folks that want 21 day age meat. They order it and get a 5 oz filet mignon. It is not bad but for convience it is worth a try. Any place that rips you off will be out of business in no time but Omaha Steaks are still there

I GOT 2 AMERICA'S GIFT PACKAGES AND KEPT THE BURGERS AND FRANKS FOR MY FRIDGE BUT GAVE THE BULK OF THE STEAKS TO MY MOM--SHE LOVES THEM!!! THE OMAHA SEASONING IS LIKEWISE SIMPLY THE BEST!!!=-) GREAT REASONABLE PRICING TOO!!!

i noticed on the tv commercial that the product was shot up close as to give the impression the steaks were big. i agree this guy is an employee because he incorporates the same tactic.

I'm sorry but unless you live like 500 miles from a grocery store, OMAHA steaks is a ripoff. You can get way better quality meat, fresh and never frozen from your local butcher shop.

Yeah plus if you go to a local shop you can see everything before you buy and pick what you like.
Went into a nearby location with a rewards coupon which had no limitations and was told that one week ago the policy was changed to restrict the coupon’s use to orders over $50. I mentioned that the rewards card had no such policy mentioned and the clerk said that they reserved the right to change the written policy.
I left the store and vowed to never purchase from them again which of course I will not. I then called their order line to tell them to remove my name from the mailing list. They did ask me why and I told them what ocured . “OK,” the gentleman replied. “We will remove your name as you request. Thank you.”
This attitude and lack of concern might explain why another local store was closed. This coupon was issued as an incentive to shop at the closest open store which incidentally was empty on a weekend day. I assume Omaha really doesn’t care about their loyal customers. It’s fine because there is a Wegman’s 1/2 mile from this location anyway.

I'm a fan of my local butcher and never frozen meats.
A friend of mine bought this stuff from someone going door to door - same brand. We tried some of the steaks a couple weeks later - inedible. The worst quality meat ever proferred up for human consumption. They sell it, too as if were some kind of tremendous bargain - 50 bucks for a few minuscule steaks and some cuts of chicken? - GMAFB
I know buying steak online sounds weird. But trust me its fucking amazing.

went to Omaha physical store and the sales started. overprice and they have the specials which could have save me money . went on internet and saw the prices are so much cheaper if you know what you are doing. The Omaha sales person is base on commission and before you buy from Omaha steaks GO ON THE INTERNET

Omaha Steaks is the only site online where I would buy food. I've bought 6 package assortment bundles so far and they're excellent.

@@AD-eq4kn cheaper yeah but taste the same no. grocery stores don't age their beef intentionally many times it will get a week or 2 age before it's sliced into steaks and put on the shelf. The Omaha stuff has been 21+ days dry aged and maybe it taste the same to you but there's a night and day difference..

$159 value?!?!?! For *two* 5 oz. filets, *two* 9 oz. ribeyes, *four* burgers & a handful of teeny-tiny "potatoes" & "tartlets"?!? Hahahahaha MAYBE, if you came to my place... grilled, cut, hand-fed me & washed the dishes! WTF are you guys smoking out there in Nebraska?
Filets are over rated, I prefer a nice rib-eye. I can buy 15-20 rib-eye steaks for that price.

It's funny reading the comments about people saying the steaks are average. Omaha steaks are by far better than average. Better than most any meats you can get fresh from the butcher/grocery store. Just better quality beef to begin with.

You must have some really low grade butcher/grocery store steaks in your area. Omaha steaks in my opinion don't hold a candle to the angus prime New York strips I pick up at my local Walmart for under $10 per pound and absolutely no comparison to the steaks I can get from a real butcher shop a few miles away from my house. I guess to each their own.
I think they suck, got one as a gift and thought the meat had a weird texture.
I agree walmart has better meat than omaha, but I rarely shop there for meat, better deals from my local grocery store.
Video quality back to those days was really poor.
I work at omaha steaks the actual hq in omaha Nebraska and im an outbound rep. So we call our existing customers every 4-6 weeks thats if they say no, we also can call them back anywhere from 1 minute to 4 weeks on their request so were not soliciting. And trust me our steaks are not "average" and if our product is not the best youve ever had then we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee which you can call us back and get a 100% refund👍🏻

Is it Select, Choice or Prime. I'm interested in Ribeye's but not lower grade meat
I ordered a big package with ribeyes and sirloins and filets and what I received was tiny, inch thick cuts that didn't look like any cuts of steak I've ever bought before. Did I order the wrong thing, because these steaks a FAR from the best steaks I've ever had.
Seriously, does Omaha Steaks off money back in they're not the best you've ever had? It's laughable to think anyone would consider what I received as the best they've ever had. I'd give them about a 3 on a 10 scale.
Omaha Beef does not state that their beef is USDA grade Choice or Prime - just that it's USDA inspected (all beef in the US is). They could be selling you USDA Select. If it was prime you can be 100% sure they would be bragging about it. Think about it.
Undersized meats, burgers, hot dogs and sausages. Plain. No marbling. Expensive as heck.
And a video full of blurry, erratic movements where a guy has already opened the box and then he opens only what you're not so interested in.

Larry Orban I’ve been using Omaha Steaks for about 6 years now.... I can say that most of the items I had ordered are great. Now I will not order their chicken because I’ve tried it a couple of times and just not happy with it . I have tried every steak they produce and have to say the meat quality is the best. Sure I could go to any store or butcher and buy a piece of meat that would cover my plate but the taste and tenderness cannot be beat. When you look at the size comparison you get a thicker cut and better tasting steak from Omaha. I would never go back to a big box store steak.

I'm right there with you Cole. This guy must work for Omaha Steaks. For $112 I got about $30 worth of steak and the "sirloin burgers" were freezer-burned.
Please invest in a tripod, at least have someone hold the phone/cam somewhat still at a distance to actually enjoy the video. This induced a stress seizure after about a minute...Sorry.
Ok I work at Omaha steaks as a steak cutter and I wan to thank you for posting this video and want to let everyone know that even though the steaks are frozen when sent after making them you won't get anything else
Alex Thoma tried them, & totally disagree. Over-rated, over-priced... & portion sizes will make a kitten hungry again in 20 minutes. For those prices... You can get a Sam's Club or Costco membership, & 3× the product... fresh, *NOT* frozen. Never again, & never to be recommended
Unka Truk couldn’t agree more. Omaha steaks is a joke. Spent about $1500 this year, got lots of steak and a few extras, and none of it stood out with any sort of wow factor. Walmart sells better meat than this company, and for a hell of a lot cheaper. On top of that, Walmart doesn’t bombard me with 2-3 emails a day or 2-3 phone calls a week. I will never order anything from Omaha Steaks again.

Kind of ridiculous to call this an "unboxing", when you already had removed and consumed the chicken. Also, based on the hundred++ reviews I've read, you must be gullible or easily pleased. In fact, the average of a couple of hundred reviews at another site was one star...summarized as overpriced, quality no better than the local supermarket's meats, steaks much thinner than shown in ads; potatoes/desserts/hot dogs at one extreme or the other (tasteless or too spicy). People who have dealt with Omaha for decades insist that the children of the founder do not have the founder's ethics or quality. And service is universally proclaimed to be the worst of any online merchant.
these are the worst crap ive ever ate. i cannot fathom why people buy it. you have crap for taste buds is all i can think of. burgers from a butcher are 100% better. i cant believe they have the nerve to ask so much $ for this junk

Some of the crappiest cuts of meat you can get in a box. If you price the stuff locally, You most likely will end up paying half then this would cost you. Not to mention you would be getting fresh cuts of much better quality. Garbage, STAY AWAY!
