With a high ROF, mobility, an AOE attack, and shields on demand, Ball does have great potential to counter Sombra IMO. The only issue is if Ball isn't playing to counter Sombra, and so he ignores her to try and get a fat roll on his enemies, but instead he just gets hacked.

You can learn just go with the flow of the hampter and also try and learn where health packs are because you'll be needing them as you're rolling around the map. It's ok if you don't know straight away where the health packs are you'll just know over time by playing hampter

He had proven that he was the best ball player in the world, even against the toughest Sombra players. Chazm's grudge against Sombra players was finally put to rest as he won the match and proved himself. In the end, Chazm's team emerged victorious and he felt a sense of accomplishment wash over him. He had proven himself to be the best, and there was no one who could stop him. He knew that he would always be ready for the next challenge, and he couldn't wait to see what the future held for him in the world of Overwatch.
If you aren't talking about him doing a wall jump tech and are referring to what he does to lucio in the play of the game (10:58) then I can explain. To pile drive you need to be a specific height above the ground, that can be done the typical way of swinging up high or the cheeky way where you move off of some highground (the stairs in this case) and use the fact that the ground is now much lower than you to trigger the pile drive. Another thing to keep in mind is that when you activate pile drive you will move forward slightly in the direction you are facing when pile drive was triggered. So the steps are 1.) roll off high ground 2.) make sure you are facing highground 3.) pile drive back to highground 4.) profit. The simplest way to execute this is to just roll off while facing the highground and holding crouch, that will auto activate your pile drive. If you are talking about some wall jump tech I'd recommend looking it up. In fact look up a ball tech tutorial in general, there's a lot of interesting things you can do with his kit.
