I get it all the time which I found out my internet provider UScellular home internet doesn't support my Xbox I called Tech support yesterday they told me they don't support xbox live I tried Automatic ip address and static ip both doesn't work but my hotspot does work

its caused by updates. to fix you have to get your mac address from pc then enter manually. xbox should restart and immediately try to update.
