Who’d they announce it to? Not the shoppers nor the customers.
Customers use was low because you could only access it on the phone.
Clearly instacart DID NOT promote the program to customers!! 😤I do shipt and customers can choose up to 5 preferred shoppers to ensure that a customer got a shopper than liked. I have 64 preferred customers and they love that I get their orders!! And I get consistent tips! ❤️ I know shipt shoppers with 300+ preferred customers! It makes it so I don’t have to wonder if you’re going to get your compensation! I have soooo many instacart customers that really want me to be their personal shopper. Instacart needs to figure it out!! 😤
I loved the favorite shopper program. Many of my friends didn't even know it was available. I loved it and am terribly disappointed. I agree with the below comment. I could only use it on my phone. It was limiting and I'm not sure the software ever worked right. What a terrible shame. The above video caters to the shoppers, but it DOESN'T do much for me, the shopper. I will figure out a different way to shop.
This program had customers ordering from Wegmans knowing they live 30 miles away I shopped for 3 people over 12xs and they use to order from the local markets but because I was made a favorite they started being slick and ordering from further away stores and not increasing their tips
Wish it was a way to just be some of the customers personal shopper
I’m OK with this program going away after I had too many times driving 50 miles because somebody scheduled me to bring them 4 bananas was just ridiculous. Waste of my time.
Shopper did use... or at least I tried to. Instacart practices are deplorable
