I was actually reading the path rules and regulations and it states that people must contact the port authority to film on the trains and must have consent, I also read on there that there is no dancing allowed on any path train car sheesh very strict.

Yes, Here in New York has been detected to have more cases of Covid 19. It is very contagious so we as New Yorkers have to be careful, especially in the subways. I don't railfan anymore for precautions.
you don't have to break the rules of PATH. you can just show us up to getting on the train, pause the camera, and restart it when you get off the train so I still know you rode the entire PATH train when you can.

Yeah, R46 C trains are super rare. The C is mostly R179 and R32. R32 A train is also rare.
