Powerful words from a powerpacked Mom😘 Actually the problem is with the society.. society starts asking the new-mom , y aren’t yu joining back.. but for kids the first three years are their building years... they should be given greater care & attention especially in the current societal concerns...
Feeling satisfied with your words, I left my job to take care of my kid, also was depressed why I left my job and was demotivated, but now I am happy with what I have, happy with promotion as Motherhood
Im currently going throught this phase and I was confused and demotivated that my career is not going anywhere now. Your words help me motivate and look at my current lofe more positively. Thanks alot.
Not everyone are helpful even in joint family. It’s always a women who are supposed to take care of child, and in return no one worries about her mental health ( most of the cases). People should support every women though she may not be ur daughter, this phase is wrecking specially when no one cares about her. I say every women needs to put herself and her mental health first. This really is a though phase for some who battle everything themself. I say leave alone we mothers are happy to take care of our babies and the least May people respect her and not bad mouth about her making her happiness as a priority! I salute to every mother out there who are juggling between kids and career. A true inspiration ❤
Yeah most of my time with my kids is NOT relaxing! Studies show that when kids are away from their moms for more than 30 hours a week then the mental health of the kids suffer but less than this can be fine. I NEED to work part time at a career I LOVE in order to be a half way decent mom. I would have committed suicide otherwise
You are right ma'am . As i m also working woman , now after a child i understand the importance of joint family..
