Powerful words from a powerpacked Mom😘
Actually the problem is with the society.. society starts asking the new-mom , y aren’t yu joining back.. but for kids the first three years are their building years... they should be given greater care & attention especially in the current societal concerns...

Feeling satisfied with your words, I left my job to take care of my kid, also was depressed why I left my job and was demotivated, but now I am happy with what I have, happy with promotion as Motherhood

Difficult to balance between these two when you are not mentally prepared.

Not everyone are helpful even in joint family. It’s always a women who are supposed to take care of child, and in return no one worries about her mental health ( most of the cases).
People should support every women though she may not be ur daughter, this phase is wrecking specially when no one cares about her. I say every women needs to put herself and her mental health first. This really is a though phase for some who battle everything themself. I say leave alone we mothers are happy to take care of our babies and the least May people respect her and not bad mouth about her making her happiness as a priority!
I salute to every mother out there who are juggling between kids and career. A true inspiration ❤

Yeah most of my time with my kids is NOT relaxing! Studies show that when kids are away from their moms for more than 30 hours a week then the mental health of the kids suffer but less than this can be fine. I NEED to work part time at a career I LOVE in order to be a half way decent mom. I would have committed suicide otherwise
