Morning mum i was married with lobola in 2004 and I didn't register my lobola because of I have no idea of that we were staying together together evening before he pay lobola for me so he staying abusing me and with all kind of abuse when I tell her family no one doesn't want to help me I decided to separate with him because I was feeling that my health have been affected after separation he come to my family tell them he divorced me we didn't go to court he just write a piece of paper saying I who i finish my marriage of me and my wife and focus my family to sign the paper and me also he says he didn't sign with me at court which court will accept lobola to be divorce at court after a week pay anther woman lobola and sing with her at home arrfs

Again if I go to a court for a decree of divorce will he get any money from my pensions and also if he has already moved on by getting married without my knowledge are we still married. We have one child and he is not paying any maintenance for her, he lost a job, and I went to maintenance court for future maintenance of the child, but we did not receive anything. So what is going to happen if I go to request for a decree of divorce as I don't know if he is working or not and don't even know where he is staying now, I'm asking about my pensions because I'm very worried about them more that anything.

You seem to have a problem. Please go for counselling. Why are you not satisfied with one woman. It shows that you do not respect women. How would you feel if your wife/ woman decides to behave like you and also gets a man in every country? You also don't respect yourself
