When they finish their courses, they realise the trap, but by then it's too late. When they finish their courses, they realise the trap, but by then it's too late. Too much debt to pay in India, and working minimum jobs here is the only way to pay back those high interest payments back in India. Sad reality. 😢

Intelligent student will stay in India. maths and science post graduate learners might not migrate comparing with commerce and business degree holders .I didn't hear anyone got PhD in computer science ,maths ,physics from any reputed foreign universities .all degrees should have counted as "thattikoot " degrees because goers are not counted as excellent student but back bunch student .

ബ്രോ ഇതിന് മൂലകാരണം മലയാളികൾക്ക് സ്വന്തം ഇഷ്ടം എന്തു ആണ് എന്ന് അറിയാത്തതും , അല്ലെങ്ക് വീട്ടിൽ പറഞ്ഞാൽ വീട്ടുകാർ സമ്മതിക്കാത്തതും ആണ്. ഒരു ഒഴുക്കിന് പോകാൻ ആണ് താല്പര്യം. ഞാൻ പഠിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് it സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയർ ബിടെക് ആയിരുന്നു ഒഴുക്ക്. വീട്ടുകാർ ഉന്തിത്തള്ളി കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്ത് ചേർക്കും. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്ത് അടിച്ചു പൊളിക്കും 10-15 സപ്ലി കൊണ്ട് പോരും. എന്റെ കൂടെ ബിടെക് പഠിച്ചവർ പലരും വേറെ പല ഫീൽഡിലും താല്പര്യം ഉള്ളവരായിരുന്നു. അത് തന്നെയാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ പഠിക്കുന്നവരും ചെയ്യുന്നത്. പിആർ കിട്ടുന്ന കോഴ്സ് ആണ് എടുക്കുന്നത്, അവരവർക്ക് താല്പര്യം ഉള്ളതല്ല. അപ്പോ പിന്നെ ആ ഫീൽഡിൽ അധ്വാനിച്ചു പഠിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല. പെട്ടെന്ന് മടുക്കും. പിന്നെ കൊണ്ടുവന്ന ഏജൻസി പ്രശ്നം, വന്ന രാജ്യം പ്രശ്നം, അവിടെ മഞ്ഞ് പറ്റില്ല. അങ്ങനെ നൂറ് തന്റേത് അല്ലാത്ത കാരണങ്ങൾ. അതും പറഞ്ഞു ഇനി ശരിക്കും പഠിക്കാൻ താല്പര്യം ഉള്ളവരെ കൂടി നിരുത്സാഹപ്പെടുത്തും.

Brother, I think everyone has the freedom to study what they like it. No country offers permanent residency to a student visa program, if students want to apply for the residency then they need to study which is in occupation demand list in the country. None can just study only for permanent residency, needs to look into the interest as well, otherwise waste of money and time and hard to achieve success in life.

Now after studies students are facing delays for getting work visa and some are in strike .Gtting PR is going to be a Herculean task as govt reduced the number by 50% ie, 3.5 lakh for students and asylum seekers together per year . It means 50% of students have to come back after studies.
PG Studies itself cost around 30 lakh and most of the students have taken it as bank loan, will face repayment issues soon.
