This update which features the bad ending variant of the original mod is absolutely fantastic in every way possible; they really nailed it with top notch sprites, amazing songs; and really interesting story! Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on Itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?
Friday Night Funkin' is an ongoing project that will continue to receive updates, bug fixes and new content. A full version of the game is currently in development, having been successfully funded via a Kickstarter campaign. Check the changelog here for information on the latest updates. Minecraft is a sandbox construction video game developed by Mojang Studios where players interact with a fully modifiable three-dimensional environment made of blocks and entities. Its diverse gameplay lets players choose the way they play, allowing for countless possibilities.
There are three actively maintained editions of Minecraft: Java Edition, Bedrock Edition, and Education Edition. Underverse (originally called Underverse!Sans) is the animated series created by Jakei95 majorly connected to the X-Tale universe. It follows the story of Sans, and how one visit by an unfriendly face would mark the start of what was to be the greatest fight for the multiverse.
The Truce takes place before X-Tale, in which Error!Sans and Ink!Sans both create a truce, supposedly for the better of the multiverse. No more destruction no more creation.
Underverse brings the concept of a certain power known as OVERWRITING. It allows the person to OVERWRITE certain objects or characters within a timeline itself or the AU if the user has the full soul of OVERWRITE, such as changing stories, changing characters, changing behaviour, and possibly destroying a timeline or an AU itself; examples include the Underswap AU, and possibly the X-Tale AU. This behaviour is only doable by X Chara as he has half of X Gaster's soul.
As the story progresses Ink sans goes and enlists the help of many sans (Underswap, Undertale, Underfell) from different AU's to help stop X Chara and Cross Sans. - Ігри

Fun fact: Natsukis song it's called Home because in one scene she starts glitching telling you that the Doki Doki club it's her Home (because her real Home it's horrible with her father abusing her, so the club it's the only safe place for her) and tells You "you don't want to ruin that for me right?" Or something like that

I have an oc that is in the same situation as Natsuki but shes 31 and a fairy and from the year 1426 (is that too much)
And her safe place at that time didn’t even exist because she never was allowed out of the community she lived in, and she didn’t even share a room with any of her sisters, and her only comfort was her mother interrupting the times that the dad just casually *attemptes genocide by grabbing her by the tips of her wings and having her hang from his hands as he shakes her, which in this case if you pull the wings of successfully the fairy dies* and the times she had with her mother were almost never and often passed by too fast. And even after she married and was blessed with children (dont ask), the father still came to her and did the wing thing with her, but he did for much longer periods of time because the mother wasn’t there to help her daughter.
The daughter never felt safe anywhere, even when she was with her husband.

Few references:
Sayoris neck is red because of a rope burn, I’ll let you guess why
Yuris song, markov, is a reference of the book she reads, the portrait of markov
Natsukis right pose and her getting up close and personal is reference to when natsuki snapped her neck and rushed to the screen
That happens when you try to take the Natsuki route in act 2 because act 2 wants to pull you towards Yuri, essentially punishing the player for not doing what the game wants.

For a mod that is supposed to just be a "What-if", It's really good. Definitely gives off that feel of hopelessness and despair.
GF dying in Home and BF snapping was so unexpected for me when first playing
I feel like that was definitely the idea
I really wish there was a good ending in this.
Because I thought that the original mod solved the problem a little too easily, and this would've given a great sense of desperation that would've paid off so well if this is what happened in the OG mod.

Home's still my favorite song; it really feels like the desperate finale the bad ending deserved.
Loved the details with Sayori's freeplay icon showing her as if everything was okay, and Xemel's (Note has conditioned me to call him this now) chest being the source of the wound, likely symbolic of dying from heartache from losing GF.

I just loved how Sticky react during these songs. It really goes to show what these are made for and how well made the mod is. The ending is pretty sad though, not gonna lie.

Theory:
Monika was denied because of the fact she killed her friends in a different run, the creator whomst was pissed at this that Monika saw past everything unlike her comrades, thus "deleted" her code and instead of deleting, she was transferred to Senpai's Game which is the second closest thing she could have been transferred too at the time. The creator then reset the game, hence making Sayori the head of the game now. Now with Monika gone, Sayori is now fully aware of her surroundings. Sayori, trying to keep calm and tell everyone else, it ends up making the club unstable. As the new Club President, the stress gets to Sayori and soon overwhelms her. She tries to keep her friends happy, which ends up to them haivng their downfalls one by one, with Sayori breaking down first due to the stress and pain she feels from upholding the unstable club and unstable club members, and pain of knowing she'll lose Yuri and Natsuki after she just lost Monika. She ends up hanging herself (idk if she hangs herself in this mod? She looks like she did, or it's just stress? depression? not sure. lemme know if im wrong.) and there goes Sayori. Yuri however, takes BF aside and ends up becoming a psychopathic yandere. She ends up confessing to Boyfriend, to which Boyfriend refuses. Yuri, whomst is now no longer the once shy girl the Club loved, ends up laughing like a psycho. She takes her knife which she had on her somehow, and stabs herself in the heart and stomach, since she couldn't handle the rejection. During this process, Girlfriend ends up having newly red eyes, symbolism to the eye of Markov. The speakers also seem to glitch as the world is now glitching and possibly getting terminated. Then, there goes Yuri. Now for Natsuki, Natsuki having lost parts of her data due to the creator's mistake of removing Monika, she no longer has her face, until her data glitches and reveals she has no eyes and only a mouth. Which her eyes aren't normal, she bleeds from them and vomits blood. Her neck is also snapped, which is unknown to why it is snapped. She ends up killing Girlfriend, which leaves her with a snapped neck. Boyfriend, now losing his friends and girlfriend, ends up glitching like Natsuki, revealing he also has no eyes, which tears stream from the endless void. His hearts having a wound similar to once of a heartbreak, which is symbolic to him losing Girlfriend. He doesn't stay like this forever, cause once Sayori, Yuri, Natsuki, and Boyfriend sing in sync as they slowly die, he reverts back to his old self hugging his beloved girlfriend who is now passed, in his arms as he cried. Sayori, Yuri, Natsuki, Boyfriend, and Girlfriend all lay against a speaker as they die together.
That is just...Depressing bittersweet

This mod reminds me of a magical experience where miraculously my friend had no idea what Doki Doki literature club actually was other than a “romance novel with a twist”. It was fun showing one of the 10 people on earth who haven’t seen the game an experience.
