Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on Itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?
Friday Night Funkin' is an ongoing project that will continue to receive updates, bug fixes and new content. A full version of the game is currently in development, having been successfully funded via a Kickstarter campaign. Check the changelog here for information on the latest updates. Uno is an American card game that is played with a specially printed deck (see Mau Mau for an almost identical game played with normal playing cards). The game was originally developed in 1971 by Merle Robbins in Reading, Ohio, a suburb ofvCincinnati. It has been a Mattel brand since 1992. Minecraft is a sandbox construction video game developed by Mojang Studios where players interact with a fully modifiable three-dimensional environment made of blocks and entities. Its diverse gameplay lets players choose the way they play, allowing for countless possibilities.
There are three actively maintained editions of Minecraft: Java Edition, Bedrock Edition, and Education Edition. Underverse (originally called Underverse!Sans) is the animated series created by Jakei95 majorly connected to the X-Tale universe. It follows the story of Sans, and how one visit by an unfriendly face would mark the start of what was to be the greatest fight for the multiverse.
The Truce takes place before X-Tale, in which Error!Sans and Ink!Sans both create a truce, supposedly for the better of the multiverse. No more destruction no more creation.
Underverse brings the concept of a certain power known as OVERWRITING. It allows the person to OVERWRITE certain objects or characters within a timeline itself or the AU if the user has the full soul of OVERWRITE, such as changing stories, changing characters, changing behaviour, and possibly destroying a timeline or an AU itself; examples include the Underswap AU, and possibly the X-Tale AU. This behaviour is only doable by X Chara as he has half of X Gaster's soul.
As the story progresses Ink sans goes and enlists the help of many sans (Underswap, Undertale, Underfell) from different AU's to help stop X Chara and Cross Sans. - Ігри

A nifty little detail I noticed when this mod first came out: Boy's voice is softer while singing against BF, but when facing Lemon Demon, his voice becomes much more "aggressive", almost like Boy and Girl have met Lemon Demon before....
I’m sure they deal with nightmares all the time.

something i like about lemon demon is whenever he's talking about doing terrible acts to BF his notes end downwards with him looking at bf as if to taunt the duo, but otherwise he stares at the duo with his left or right motions at the end. he never ends with an up note ever.
it feels like its intentional since the end of boy and girl's notes are completely unrelated to his end notes.

Something I didn’t notice until recently in Power Hour is that BF progressively sings less notes on his turns during the sections that repeat as he gets more tired, implying he’s almost out of energy.

The Absolute WORST Canadian
Both Boy and Girl's voices are edited versions of bf's, originally this was a placeholder but it stuck after sock recorded their voice with the filters and it sounded weird. Also, I love how Boy's section have more double and triple notes to show he's more bold and aggressive, weather it be playfully or otherwise.
I really like this mod for it's simple, but effective design in terms of characters and overall aesthetic (also banger music). Glad you played through it. (wasn't on the stream, cause i didn't really want the membership. wanted others to have it. :D)
That's the funny things with designing characters it's ends up more simple than it really needs to be

I know this mod was a banger as soon as I hear the creators of Whitty were behind it. Super cute and very charming characters here though, I love Boy and Girl with all of my heart and the inclusion of Monster as BF's personal boogeyman was amazing. I also like his more freakish spider appearance too, it's creepy and cool!

This mod is definitely on my top 3! I love the fact that the mod is so cute, and that is has cutscenes, but also that they included an original character! I love the fact that the creators of this mod didn’t want to see their old version go to waste so they made an upgraded one!

I do like the little things that pop up in the mod. One in particular is is the little moment in Power Hour (about 8:46) mark. Boy literally is so loud in this moment that screen vibrates and takes the focus away from BF.
I like that the girls moves her head to the weak beat and he moves his head to strong beats

It’s so high quality it’s hard to believe it’s a mod
canon lore here: boy and girl are shapeshifting deitys that have lived since the beginning of time and was assigned by the king and queen of the universe as *The worlds coolest babysitters*.small backstory to the actual mod itself, boy and girl (who im gonna call BnG from now on) are tasked with trying to get boyfriend (who is an insomniac cause the title) to go to sleep, Girl tries to lull him to sleep with a nice song but when that dosent work boy tries his turn, boy tries to tire bf out but instead, makes him more riled up, so BnG make a plan to sing together to get him to sleep, tire him with a hard song, then when he starts to get sleepy, lull him to sleep. it eventually works and bf crashes, but when the lights go out again, Monster comes out of the darkness (its not known if monster is real or fake as BnG can see both real and imaginary monsters), so with bf hiding under the covers BnG scare monster away sending bf to sleep and their mission complete. TLDR: BnG want bf to sleep but he cant cause he insomniac

One thing i noticed is that Girl goes light on you while Boy goes harder. Thats cool TBH and did you know that Boy is 1.6 BILLION YEARS OLD. its canon if you look in the wiki.
And this is my "theory" behind Twinsomnia:
Boyfriend in this mod is i'd say about 3 - 6 years old. Boyfriends parents are out and they hired B&G to take care of him. they have all that rapping fun time. Lemon Demon breaks in and tries to "traumatize" or "paralyze" boyfriend but B&G try to stop him. and they sucsesfully do.
I hope that someone like RecD, Juno Songs, or Brodowo do a lyrics video for this mod!
