I think that some fruits are meant to be eaten hard like apples . However, some fruits are nearly inedible hard like mangoes, peaches, raspberries etc. It's not really about hard or soft, it's whether it's ripe. You're both right.

We need to settle this. Biting into like a mango chunk that is as firm as a block of tofu is not good, same with a banana or papaya. They need to be ripe and soft. But like a mushy blueberry or shriveled up strawberry is gross.

Syd! 7-9 hours is a good amount! Also, my brother also prefers firm fruit, while I prefer mushy.

I use melatonin to help me fall asleep when resetting my body clock. If it get 7-8hrs of sleep, I don't wake up groggy like other sleep aids.
