Senator Michael McDowell criticises Fine Gael TD Maria Bailey for suing Dublin hotel

The former Minister for Justice made the comments in the Seanad yesterday. The TD is suing the Dean Hotel in Dublin for damages over injuries she alleges she suffered in a fall from a swing.
