In addition to the first one, click "Clean up system files" then click the "More Options" tab, then under "System Restore and Shadow Copies" click "Cleanup...", then click "Delete". There will be a message that states that all but the most recent restore point will be deleted. I do this after updates to get back storage for my SSD. I may only ever need to restore one point, getting rid of the older was saves me a lot of space. The "Files to delete" list will now have new item to check/uncheck.

I'm truly curious; isn't the purging cache files in general going to make you computer slower? Besides the case of an error or problem with the cache files, isn't their purpose to speed up load times?
