Hi Pardeep, I have been using abd style from 15 days in tennis cricket. I observed following.
1. Square of the wicket acha shots jata he. But V me power nahi jayega agar jyada jhukke jhukke khelenge tho.
2. I can watch ball better now againist fast bowlers. Because ball hamara line of sight me jyada time rahage jhukne se. Jaldi head down karna nahi chahiye ( i mean if we stand tall, we will have to move eyes rapid fast). Easy to pickup length now.
Only drawback V me marna. Power decrease ho jata. Can you help ? (sorry to speak wrong hindi, i am still learning hindi)

Bro next video is on power hitting..the bat lift is very important part..video is all about bat lift ,how to connect with minimal effort...and its very easy to hit in V ...next video will solve your problem...I hope..

I use high bat which is easily hit off side and bottom hand automatically use power when needed..its high bat lift..and angle of bat
