What made you decide to venture here versus ... Spanish city, or town? Spain enraptures, to be sure, but ... I doubt that you will be seduced by it to the degree that anywhere in Greece has!
I could land there and NEVER leave. It looks like such a beautiful city with a little of everything and so much culture and history. Not to mention being in one of the most ideal climate zones. I would never leave.
I had to cancel a trip to Spain last Fall, but now I'm kind of glad it worked that way, as this will give me an opportunity to visit Valencia when I finally go on that trip. Somehow I had completely missed it as a place to visit when planning my trip, but after seeing your videos, I will definitely spend a few more days in Spain to visit this amazing city. Thank you!
Valencia. Seems a beautiful clean and attractive city. The modern building looks a little like the Spanish soldiers helmet from many years ago. Thank you for your great history and description of the places you visit.
Gabriel - I’m not sure if anyone else has said this, but in the HBO series, “Westworld” in Season 3, The Delos headquarters were filmed in the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia. I thought I recognized it when you started filming. Valencia is a MUST VISIT!!
It's Catalán but they call it Valenciano but technically it's Catalán but a regional dialect in Valencia also in Balearic islands you will see and hear Catalan. They speak this language in Sardinia Italy too and parts of France and Switzerland and some towns in Sicily.
What a gorgeous city! I could look at the exterior alone of Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía all day! Curious about the interior. Thanks for another great video!
❤ Spain. You should think about going to the little towns up near San Sebastian and the basque region. Check Potes and the surrounding areas of Picos de Europa.
Buenos dias. Thank you for an excellent video. We are retired educators planning on visiting southern Spain in the fall to look for our next home. This area has an amazing beach boardwalk. We love a walkable and accessible city. Healthcare, transportation, safety, and reliability are our concerns. Gracias! Dean & Cindy
Hi Gabriel, that was an incredible day, a beautiful part of the city, very relaxing, even the music in the towers reminded me of Vangelis's soundtrack of 1492. I always love the music throughout the video, it fits the mood you're in. It will be good to get away to Ibiza for swimming and relaxing before you plan out your next getaway.
The real drama of a solo traveller in Valencia is that they serve Paella at least for 2 persons... the good thing about solo travelling is that you can always meet a nice woman and share a Paella! Love Valencia and valencianas, enjoy it!
A blessed good day sir Gabe Wowwww what a beautiful vibes of Valencia Spain I love the unique Structures tourist attractions and electric paddle board Water activities in the City ❤Very Clean quiet Place, and Beautiful 😍 Beach thank u so much Gabe for your wonderful Walk around tour video see u again for your next Journey 🙏♥️🙂 Godbless from the Philippines 🇵🇭 sir Marvin
People in the past must have had more tenacity and patience than people today, considering they had to do a lot of stone chiseling and constructing of such buildings.
Glad you loved it. Shame you are leaving Spain for another country soon (i think you mentioned this in part 1) You need to go back and spend a full 90 days. You wouldn't touch the surface in that time of course but it's a beaut of a nation

Fun fact that futuristic looking building was used as a set for the HBO show Westworld. Really cool place, and the show is worth a watch.
Another fantastic video of this beautiful city 😀😀😀😀
Castle hunting with Harald and Gabriel is the collab we need
Big Ups to Valencia!
Thank you for bringing us to Valencia! What a spectacular city! It’s now on our list of must visits! Awesome series! ~Cara 😊
I am going there this weekend. Thanks for the amazing video Gabriel
"I love a good ferry." Me too Gabe, me too! Will be on ferries in Italy and Greece in a few weeks, can't wait! Thanks for another great video 😀

The invincibles Spanish Tercios 😀

Lovely travels, thanks for sharing your awesome journey...
Great ending with that guitar music.
That’s futuristic building with the pools looks incredible 😍😍
You are a genius with the camera work and selection of music you choose!😊❤
Just another world in the City of Arts and Sciences, amazing. It is nowhere in the world anything similar to that. Have a nice time in Ibiza next.
I like how when you are narrating you say let’s or we. It includes us. 😊 very nice.

nothing like a cold one after a enjoyable walk….👍🏻🍺
Such a great city, often forgotten by tourists.
Let’s not let the secret out. 😊
This space 15:53 was used in the TV show, Westworld. I recognised it immediately because another vlogger I follow is always there!
I love the beer glasses in Espana....
Certainly wetted my appetite to go and visit Valencia, muchas gracias 👍
We loved Valencia
Gate tower and dramatic music. EPIC :)
@11:19, Visitas Guiadas is written in portuguese
I had a good time when i visited Spain back in 2014, such a wonderful place, also went to Basque Country.

Awesome video great destination
Cool and thanks.
Valencia looks like a very nice city to visit!
So beautiful! Thank you!
Yay your in my parents homeland! 💚
I think that wins for widest beach.
If you can stay here for a few months, we will be here too.
Spain has many underrated cities. Even Madrid is sometimes overshadowed by Barcelona. Have you ever been to Portugal's Azores Islands?
Valencia would be in my top 3 cities where I would want to live
Filming the climb up the stairs would have been cool I think to show what a medieval defender would have done.

I can only imagine the amount of time and labor constructing stone fortresses.
Thanks for the video Gabe, what is the nice guitar music at the end?
Hi Mary, music is always listed in the description below the video. It's in order, so that's the last song that's mentioned.
Hey Gab what area of the city would you recommend staying in?
How much was the meal at the end ? 31EUR is my guess
I think it was 29 euros/$31 USD, forgot to include the price.

That's what I'm saying. Spain deserves the level of trip like he takes to India
He said he’s going to Eivissa next but I agree. Could spend a lifetime exploring Spain and not see it all.
@@FSVR54 Or even Greece!

Gabriel, is the water too cold to swim in Valencia now in May?
Yes it’s still 🥶
Thx Gabe, see you in Greece 😉
Nice video ❤ amazing valencia ❤
Will you visit Alicante next? I really want to visit it for the first time this year.
Gabriel has already left the building...
Waiting for you to find out that us Brits just love going to Ibiza in the summer, it’s the number one party destination for Brits 😂
The accent of the word unidos is on the first I just like the word united
I'm pretty sure they still understood...
Plans making a stop to Mallorca?
Not this trip, but I was there before: www.youtube.com/@gabejedmo/search?query=Mallorca
Was that a nod to iceberg tech?
Uff. Much too short. Feels like a 5 minute video. Thanks for the trip Mr. Morris. 👍🍎🌻🍎👍
Wow
After ibiza and formentera please go to the greek island again. You have many more island to see for instance thassos and samotrace in the north
Or koufinisa and dounissa
I'm thinking about those smaller islands.
@@GabrielTravelerVideos yeah that will be great! And Hydra!
Stone buildings vs cast concrete?
You were pointing at the wrong direction to the sea from the Torres de Serranos.

Or Barcelona
I almost stopped by there on my last trip to BCN. I should have. BCN is a mess anymore.
No price for the food
Gabriel - Your panning technique made me dizzy. Watch it please.
I don’t think those dates really tell the whole story. The Christian reconquest of Spain took hundreds of years
Correct, the Muslims occupied Spain from around 711 to 1492 AD. I discussed it more in Part 1: ua-cam.com/video/V51dP7w8V_Q/v-deo.html

Winter is coming, Game of Valencia part 666.
Do they speak Catalon there? Edit- Nevermind.
Valencian, which is basically the same as Catalan, like American vs. British English.
@@GabrielTravelerVideos yes thanks I saw that after I watched the video
I think I ate some oranges from this place.
Where did their inquisition burn alive the witches after having broken everything of them from the tortures?? Savages
I prefer Valencia to Barcelona. Far less touristy.
Sometimes I think, you are travelling too fast. You missed so many interesting things in Valencia.

Boom, got it.
I ate at Taco Bell there in Valencia last month it sucked.
Christians raised walls like this to defend themselves from the Arabs and now we just let them in 😅

Spain is a EU member, but autonomous Valencia not,so no need to pay them, also!!
