if somebody said x was their rock bottom and the rock bottom was a good price, I would offer $x - 1 or something trivial. it's never really "rock bottom" and I personally hate it when rick or the seller lets something go for like, 500$
but then a lot of times the item being presented to rick isn't really for sale. it's just brought in so they can talk about it
