I'm enjoying your work. You set a challenge for yourself, you said it worked. I think that's what I need to do, if normal life doesn't get in the way like always. Thanks for another great video!
Hi Fiona, I’m back in Aus again, currently in Port Douglas, then to Sydney for 4 weeks. Already missing painting after a week away, so loving watching you paint. I love this! 😃
Thanks Caroline! 😊 I need to visit Sydney only been to the airport 😉 Hope it's not too cold over there. It's a bit chilly here and my paintings are taking forever to dry 😕
If you search ‘Acrylic paint calculator’ put in the size of canvas, including the sides. You will be given the amount of paint you need. Hope this helps 🙏
This is the pouring medium I mix with my paints. I have a video on how I mix my paints ua-cam.com/video/hwHKHsvFqec/v-deo.html but I've started adding a little bit of GAC 800 as well now.
@@fionascreativecanvas I have an organic brain injury and double vision now (because of it). I use to paint and do caricatures etc but don't have the concentration for it, but paint pouring, I can do and love it. I'm trying to figure out how to do a swipe on a rock, hmmm, any ideas?
Beautiful painting and beautifully done. As a retired chemist I worry about you and your choice not to use gloves to protect yourself from the dyes and metallics in the paints that you use. The company from which you purchase your equipment should have MSDS sheets, material safety data on the contents of their paints and pigments themselves. A layer of protection helps one to be safe rather than sorry. Good luck!
I will look into the metallic paints. I do believe they should be fine, but I will check. I often wear gloves. I have all the safety gear which I use for resin and spray paints. So I do take safety seriously.
Whether or not you lije the colors the artistic aspects are always spot on. 😊
Stunning!!
Thank you! 😊
Another winner! Layering the ribbons and swipes seems like a cool idea.
Thank you! 😊 Yeah, always experimenting 😉
Love the colors and how the black creates shadows

Thanks Shazza 😊
Beautiful ❤
Thank you Janice! 😊

What is in your cell activator ?
She mentioned it was ratio 1:3, 1 being paint 3 being Australian Floetrol. I think she said Tbl. spoons which is usually 5mg
Thank Jamie, that's right. 1 part paint ( preferably Amsterdam) to 3 parts Australian Floetrol 😉
So how much approximate amount of each color you need for this technique n this size of canvas because my problem is I always ran out of paints 😢

Thanks @fionapopovic4523 , great tip 👍
Paint mix? 1/2 floetrol, 1/2 pouring medium and a little gack 800? I’m not sure what I heard.

How much are paintings like these worth? I do paint pour rocks and sell them for $7-$10, ha!
I've never seen pour paint rocks, sounds cool 😎
