I don’t think people understand the implications of electricity in general. I’m a 20 yr veteran, I’ve been throw in the hospital twice and injured more than that. I was never properly trained until I took it upon myself, when I got tired of getting injured. I’m lucky that nothing was ever serious. But ignorance is not bliss when it comes to electricity and luck eventually runs out. I’m glad to see that this guy survives and it’s a shame that it took this guy going through this life altering situation to make this video.

Usually books and paperwork is not even a thought, people just use cheat sheets and sign anything just to get onto the field as fast as possible.
My CompTia a+ certification has more challenging questions than a lot of safety quizzes... safety quiz, 5-10 questions and you are hired even if ya get them wrong. A+ cert, oooo, a 6 month class just for basics of computer technology insert parts into the hole. Or using a screw driver to screw....
