I first heard Gary Miller's Amazing Quran lecture close to 30 years ago. Its still one of my favourite lecture. At the time I was a teenager in college. I remember sharing it with 2 of my friends, mashallah they embraced Islam and became a muslim shortly afterwards.
He has retired and moved back to Canada last year, he is old now and still have discussions with ppl on a one on one basis, he has said to me that debates are too hot headed today and ppl don’t want sound knowledge, just something to argue about, those were his exact words.
I've been trying to reach him, he is my top of the list. his reasoning is solid. no one is as good as him to my knowledge. if u know any speaker who uses same approach as him, do share...

Salaam Paul, i have a request... could you do a video of your top 10 books for reading? 😊 Jazakhallah. Even books that go into interpretation of the hadith and holy quran and key messages. Literature on how we can address the common questions etc.

People hate reading . So they prefer to walk in the shadow of men in power . Very few read the bible and the quran .
Quran is still read by many tho, There are still a lot hafiz here alhamdulillah..
What is the name of this narrator? Same thing happened to Gary Miller as to what Richard feynman or I believe so talked about once. I believe feynman wanted the educated people to sit at the front becouse only they could understand the depth or the talk. Gary Miller was very frustrated of how uneducated people would refuse to believe or even try to understand the forensic of the matter as you put it. You could quite clearly see this when he gave talks that his frustration was building due to people wanting answer but still accepting blind faith even when absolute solid facts were placed in front of them. In science it's hard to believe something which is too radical but in science people were willing to listen and understand the observance which is the least I can say in regards to Gary's audience. Some say gary has changed his name to Abdul Ahad Omar. I dont know if this is true.

Assalamu Alaikum, Dr. Gray Miller said himself that he was a revert. why is Ramadan Dawah telling the wrong word "Convert"? it's really a shame to using this type of the wrong word in 2021. by the way, thank you for sharing this video of Dr. Gary Miller.
It depends on the context. If it's about mental condition we can use word revert but if we see it as a religious status in community, before and after embracing Islam, convert is a proper word.
Revert is a reference to going back to fitrah .. fitrah could mean being in submission without a choice.
Convert here means to consciously choosing the Path submitting to Allah. So not sure why you have to argue about choice of words here. May Allah guide us to knowledge and wisdom.
