This is how cashew fruit liquor is made in India. #cashews #alcohol #India
I never knew Cashew Nuts came from a fruit!
The fruit is called cashew
Is really good and has a lot of vitamin c
No, the cashew is the actual fruit , the cashew apple is called a pseudocarp or false fruit.
I'm from where cashews are natives.
I also thought that it came from grocery store
if you think this drink is gross I have to remind you that horses are used to make tequila
And it gets boiled to a high temperature for an extended period of time
They're not stomping in the fruit though. They're used to make the juices come out of agaves. Not only that, but equines aren't used in the production of tequila. Horses and mules are used to make mezcal. Mezcal isn't tequila. The horse or mule is used to spin a grinding wheel over the agave, with the fruit pit and the horse being separated by a wall. This isn't even close to the same thing.
That doesn't make this any better
Im in Brazil, we have packaged cashew juice, and the ones ive drank are good. The juice is a bit more on the neutral and watery side, but its still quite refreshing and has a sweet taste that comes from the cashew. It's not bad.
Why are people so grossed out by this? Its alcohol, aint nothing surviving in that. This is how people make wine too
They made whine like this 400 years ago
India nasty

Cashew juice is actually delicious! Idk about this whole stomping thing but I’ll try anything once!
Lol. I guess that's where the saying "you put your foot in it" comes from. Lol. When food is really good, people say " you put your foot in this!" Lol.
I guess that means you put a lot of effort into the food and it tastes really good.
One of the most delicious and dangerous drinks 😂. In west Africa, caju juice and alcohol are very popular. Especially in my home country guiné-bissau. So many people gave their life away to this drink.
In Goa we call it Hurrak.. jungle juice.. and it’s very good..!
I love cashews however it saddens me knowing the workers who shell cashews end up with burns covering their hands due to an acid in the shell.
They used clean boots to crush the cashew friut.
@@ggyggg2272 I'm not talking about the fruit. The shell of the nut is usually cracked open by a machine and then the nuts are separated and removed by hand
Thats why they use the thing called Gloves
@@Ronin-bt1fjbut they don't, that's why the women end up with burns on their hands. I'm pretty sure Insider did a longer video on the process, feel free to look it up.
Did nobody else notice that knee cap? I thought my creeky old knees were bad ffs 😂😂
You can't get 45% alcohol without distillation. The open air fermentation might get as high as 18%, but no higher.
The one you are watching is how they make this cashew liquor locally. That's like a small family selling a small batch to the locals. They don't need huge machines for that. I mean would you invest in a costly machine to sell a small batch to the locals?
But the ones that are sold to other states are made in factories and they use the machines because clearly you can't stomp the cashew juice out of 100 kgs of cashew fruits.
Where can u buy it in US?
in your mums womb
Nowhere
No one noticed the dudes kneecap was in shin
This looks absolutely gross. But knowing this is a distilled liquor it is sterile by that point. Plus the high amount of alcohol and yea, nothing to worry about except watching the way it’s made.
Actually , the cashew nut after stomping naturally secretes some acid which kills all the pathogens and it is also distilled later . PS : majority of producers in Goa have shifted to machines now

did you know that cashews come from a fruit?
And they're not really a nut.
CASHEWS CASHEWS F-F-F-Fruit d-d-d-did you know that? Noooo!
To everyone who sees this comment, keep pushing in life and never give up. Can't wait to see you successful one day and May God bless you!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Excellent.
Thank-you baby!
But we drink homemade juice
Im not eating it
Yep your banned

I'm getting 🥴🤭sick 🤢 🤮just from looking at this.
Have you every wondered how taquila is made
They don't drink the juice directly. The juice is fermented and then distilled. People drink vapour of cashew juice.
@chudan pal potty master : I don't drink, though, but please don't tell me. I know that there's a worm 🪱 in there somewhere😂.
@@daughterofkingjesus7350 it's not worm. It's fibre of cashew fruit.
I have trees in home town and have eaten the fruits. There is no worms in it.
Nah, nah, nah, Cashew a nut, not a fruit.
It's actually a seed
