You have to put yourself in the position of the other members - you're playing bass (for example) in one of the biggest and best bands in the world, and your frontman writes new songs that are all a certain style.. Do you embrace that natural progression, and accept that it is becoming increasingly about Turner (on certain tracks - not all), or do you try and alter the new material to be more like the previous album (which could be counter-productive)..
