When i had joined it was heaven, when i left it was hell and now its worse than that. And the credit goes the ZM Sudhir Pandey. Even HRs aren't doing anything despite of so many complaints from so many employees who left because of him. You can see the pattern and check the workforce data of last 10 months & you'll get to know that what's happening. Please check in this I am not the employee now but you should atleast know what's happening there. But for you the respect is very high, especially after what you did in the lockdown. Please see in this as people want the old cars24 which was a heaven for all employees and where no one wanted to leave and be self motivated to sell more & more no. of cars.
