I found it medicre with too much of tentacle inuendos and over the top fanservice (I do not mind fn service and ecchi, but it was a bit too much here, and they could have just made hentai with that quantity XD )

It's a very good anime but there are a lot of nudity in it. It's about a bunch of students from the academy trying to become a dragonar.
