The place is amazing but only foreigners and really rich Filipinos can afford that . Imagine having a money and living in a place like that.its a dream for most Filipinos. Maybe some celebrities are living there.

After the completion of New Manila International Airport in Bulacan.Expect the new similar BGC city development located in the current NAIA Airport today.When the New Manila International Airport in Bulacan finished. Existing NAIA Airport will be moved there and the land will be make a new city that more modern than BGC.

DMCI is a good developer firm here in PH hopefully the first 3 letters doesn't scare you away.
I'd recommend them if they also have units available in the same area.
