- I thrifted at the Goodwill outlet for hours and spent $46 on 22 different pieces to resell online for a profit on platforms like Poshmark, eBay, and Mercari. I went thrifting and dug through the bins to find amazing pieces of clothing to resell and make amazing profit on! I found brands today like On Running, HOKA, Lilly Pulitzer, Madewell, Free People, and so much more! Hi, there. Well, yesterday I went to the Goodwill bins for my first time. I browsed for a few minutes to take in everything. Then, out of the clear blue, 4 women and 1 man came in to the store in a flash mob style. Each of them grabbed 2 carts. Then they went from bin to bin and literally pulled everything out of the bins and put it into their carts!! They took over the entire store. Other shoppers stopped and just took in what was happening. To be honest, it was scary. I left immediately and I'm not sure I will ever go back. I'm certainly glad your experiences have been peaceful and lucrative. Happy thrifting. 😊

call the company that made the steve madden coat they might send you the buttons or a replacement set never know till you try companies are trying to be eco friendly/ aware

That bin’s location in Indy is literally the best I’ve found some amazing things there and it’s always full like that!

The Hokas in a B width - B is the same as M (medium width) in women's shoes. Hope that helps. 🙂
And yes, Midwestern thrifting is GOOD. We are known for good thrifting the Midwest. I'm in Illinois and I pretty much thrift 90% of my own clothes, I'm always finding such nice things.

I live in Southern Indiana and go to the Clarksville bins down here and I don’t always find much. There are a lot of resellers but definitely more relaxed than some of the other places I hear ppl talk about on here!! We never run out of carts and ppl don’t really push and shove. It is often pretty picked over though. I’ll have to head up that way and try the Indy bins sometime!!
Nice find on the Born boots! I love selling that brand! Sometimes, it can sit for a bit but always sells for good money for me!

Also the rewards program is something they started here when they took away color of the week and .99 days. Personally, I preferred those over the minimal coupons they give us with GW rewards but hey at least it’s something lol. You usually get a good one during your birthday month. JNCO jeans are a BOLO for sure!! They’re trending with Y2K and 90’s styles!! Great find!! ❤
Go to a fabric / sewing store they sell individual buttons. You may find a match. I go to G Street Fabric in Rockville MD. There maybe one in your area. Most likely not found in Joann’s or Hobby Lobby.
Or try eBay for the the specific button. I’ve seen lands end buttons for sale on eBay.
Sorry….more. Put the sleeve buttons on front and replacement button on sleeves. And/or try contacting company and ask if they have replacement buttons. If not exact get very similar for all buttons replacement and disclose in listing.

Hi Rebekah! Thanks for an informative video! I was born and raised in MD, my kids and grands are still there. We’re in SC as of 6 yrs ago. Anyway I’m a reseller and we’re going to be in MD in May. Reviews on the one MD bins aren’t good. We stay in the Bel Air area when we visit and I seen there are 2 bins in DE. Have you gone to them? If so which one do you recommend? Thanks for reading! Could you move the buttons from the sleeves to the front of the coat? The coat would still be missing buttons but at least it would button closed. 🤷🏼♀️
I was at the bins last month and found two pairs of Franco Sarto leather riding boots and left them behind because I was thinking "I have so much and are they really that trendy...". I've regretted it every time I have thought about it since😅

Did you go to bins on County Line Road in Greenwood? That is my favorite bins in the area.

I live in Maryland and have never been to the bins...I live in the Baltimore/Ellicott City area...could you reccomend a place? I am mobility impaired so I don't know if it would work for me if there is lots of shoving...maybe I can bring a body guard AKA my husband...
JNCO is on the top 5 of my BOLO wishlist. Came close to getting a cool pair of jeans from $15, but I could never get to the store that was selling them, when they were open. Now she is out of business 😭

Yep, as I watched myself back, I was thinking that was too high! I’ll probably sell it around $25, but the only reason it could be more is because of the size. Good catch though!

This location was actually to the East! But I’ve also been to Greenwood! Both Greenwood and this one were so much less aggressive that the one to the west!
