    Duke has a pro 650 out. Looks like the mb 650's. I run alot of the bridger #2 dogless offset 4 coil fully modified traps. I trap coyotes and bobcats. I also run mb 550's and 650's. Good video!!

    Hey Chris, I just like the free jaw from a safety point of view mate. Have a routine where I have it ‘half’ loaded as I hit stakes in and then fully load it after I get it nicely bedded. I will just have to harden up and get one and see how they go mate!!! I set mine to around that 3.5 to 4 pound so should be allgood👍🏻

    Should take a look at the mj600 sterling if you like the mb650 another interesting trap is the ndz by Kim Harris .ndz stands for no dead zone.

    Good one mate, probably a good idea to cut a lump off the long pans to stop them standing on pan and jaw at the same time👍👍👍👍👍

    Cutting 10-15mm off the toe end of the pans on the long pan types would reduce the chance of thrown paws. Would be a bit of pain to do, but listening to the music from these videos (and many others) while at it will soothe the experience.

    G’day Chris, I have changed from WTS’s to Bridger’s too, had trouble with pan tension on WTS’s. Does the MB traps have a free jaw mate? I’ve heard the Victor soft catch traps don’t so that has put me off those ones. Also your thoughts on CDR traps? Thanks Chris.

    • @ItsaDoggersLife
      @ItsaDoggersLife  3 роки тому +1

      Hey Brendan, So I haven't used the CDR traps mate so I can't comment on those, The MB650's do not have a free jaw, and yeah some of the styles Victor traps still run with a free jaw I'm sure of it. What is it that you dislike about traps with out a free jaw?

    Use MB 750’s for wolves here in Manitoba Canada. Best on market for sure.
