So a hurdy-gurdy came up in the dialogue of a game (Caves of Qud) I was watching on Twitch and I mentioned you by name. "How cool would it be if something awesome started playing, like an Andrey Vinogradov song?" Another person in the chat recognized the name and we were both excited to talk about your music which we'd both been listening to for years. :) It was a good moment and it shows how far and how many people your music has reached. Please always keep playing!
I imagine two generals standing alone in the night, looking out into the horizon, staring at one another from across the soon to be field of battle. Neither one of the men want this battle, neither men want this war. The losses each would take, all for the glory of their Kings. Thousands shall die, for a footnote in history. A history in which neither side will live to write.
Thats pretty close to basically what happened with WW1 and 2 diplomats/Russia at the time depending on if the source is true. I think extra credits showcased it

There is no people to be saved when they are all tricked to see their heroes as villains and there villans as heroes. Only truth can shine through to boil the water and burn away the poison, but there are few who recognize it. Only then can the darkness be dispersed, but the more the light is manipulated for other's pleasure, the darker this world will become.

Im aware that there are cheaper models. Some beautiful and magnificent Gurdy exist for 3000 such as the Saphona. But that one there is made by Wolfgang Weichselbaumer and I promise you it is indeed that much.

I know this is a 10-15,000 USD instrument. But I really hope that I can own something that sounds remotely similar one day.
Mot are actually 1500-4500 USD. The problem is that very few people actually make them and there is a waiting list of more than a year.
