Whenever I see Kathy Burke my heart skips a beat and my face breaks into a smile . I don't know what it is about her but I like her enormously and I couldn't see that changing with or without her chin pouch :) She IS beautiful, I see it and I don't even know her.
Kathy Burke is someone I've always admired and have wanted to meet. She also looks like my mum who passed away when I was 16. Kathy has always made me laugh over the decades.
Kathy is the epitome of REAL beauty , which is from the inside out not vice versa .
I grew up in the same area ,my sis went to the same secondary school as Kathy and she said she had everyone laughing at school long before she was famous.
Kathy has a light that comes from having a kind beautiful heart , if only more could be like this amazing lady . Love you Kathy , keep on keeping it real

A real laugh and big smile can be beautiful...thanks Kathy for making me laugh (beautiful) I was at Earls Court station when a woman got out of a Cab, she looked at me and I thought she was smiling ....then to my horror I realised her faced was 'fixed' so tightly it looked like she was going through a wind machine.

Kathy is a great lady, funny, kind, insightful. Possibly without meaning to, she really struck a chord when she brought up Kim Kardashian, and how you can be physically attractive but still be a rotten person behind a pretty artifice. Society as a whole seems to be going more and more that way - more consumed by the artifice, at the exclusion of all else. Having a great personality takes a back seat these days to being photogenic and getting likes on all your content. It's no wonder more and more people feel the need to have surgery when the only validation they ever get is based on their appearance, not who they are.

I'm loving being told I don't look my age at 53 lol...Im loving looking older and good ... soap and water and moistoriser....ive got graves disease and overactive thyroid and smoke ...and people are amazed...the one thing I've always been good with is not sunbathing...no sun damage...thats my advice and also having an outlook of only looking good for your self x

Kathy stay as you are, there is no need for you to get tarted up for anyone, if you are happy in yourself, forget about what people say. Many of these surgical procedures have gone disastrously wrong, and there's no going back from that.

He seemed to refer to his wife as an object that needed updating. Couldn’t he "refresh her" by sharing the domestic workload and ensuring she gets enough sleep, and accept her bodily changes? The idea that cosmetic surgery is nornal and expected in society now is, to me, untrue and intended as manipulative marketing to exploit the vulnerable.

I’m with you Cathy. I think that all this plastic rubbish spoils the facial character of the person. They loose expressions and often can’t smile the way they once did. I would agree that plastic surgery has a place for those who have been borne with a deformity which is spoiling their lives.
I feel very sad when I see people who are beautiful changing their body. It might be that counselling would be more appropriate.
