Yes, they are getting the all in one heat pumps ( hvac systems) which heat and cool and are more efficient.

Beautiful home, although not a fan of the kitchen - doesn’t seem particularly usable with the odd drawer configuration and ultra high cupboards.

In a brand new strata building like this one, all hood fans have to be property vented. Thanks for watching :)
all that and no half bath? both bedrooms should be onsuite at that price,
If both bathrooms were ensuites then your guests would have to go into your bedroom to use it. This way with the second bathroom is easily accessible for your guests and it's also located right outside the second bedroom for easy access. Best of both worlds :)

I just don't like the floating toilets, I'm paranoid about busting them off the wall when I sit on them. Can they be replaced with normal ones?
Hi Athrun! You may have to try a floating toilet a few times, you might like them ;) but yes it's possible to replace them.
I live in Europe and I’ve never heard of one breaking. It’ll hold hundreds of pounds.

The porcelain of the toilet will break before it falls off the wall. Your in the same danger of a normal toilet breaking as you do with a floating toilet breaking off the wall.
I still have 3 old school toilets in my home with the large tank, you can't get anymore.
