Gift of languages ( Tongues or baashaigal) given to a believer to spread the Gospel. As apostles had to go all different places they ended up in speaking more than one languages. Only Holy Spirit knows who,when and in what language he/ she has to speak so that non believer can listen the gospel in his/ her. language . Now Bible is available in almost all languages.
Any other country other than my birth country is Anya naadu . Like wise any other language other than my native language is Anya baashai.

Dear Brother, I agree with you that one should bear more spiritual fruits than just exercising spiritual gifts that are not beneficial to their neighbors. But why shouldn't someone express themself in secret (in unknown language) before God? Didn't Hannah pray to God and her lips only moved that Eli thought she was mad? Didn't the family of Cornelius talk in unknown languages and magnify God when Peter met them? There is no indication that there was someone to interpret what they said (Acts 10: 44-46). Did all the 12 men talk in tongues and prophesy or a few talked in tongues and a few prophesied (Acts 19:1-5) when Paul laid his hands on them?
A person under severe depression or one who repents their sin could talk out loud in an unknown language that only God understands, and Paul is right when he says (I Cor 14:39) DO NOT STOP someone from speaking in unknown tongues. I Cor 14, similar to chapters 12 and 13, is about striking a balance so that this spiritual gift is not misused by someone (sometimes in collaboration with satan) to bring chaos to the church order. The judgment from Paul in I Cor 14:39 is very clear - even if there is no one to interpret an unknown tongue, one cannot restrict them from exercising the gift in private, but in public it should be done in order. Thank you for your second video on this topic.. Really appreciate your concern towards churches who are misleading the believers with an emotional drive towards speaking in tongues. I agree that it is wrong to compel believers to speak in tongues as a symbol that they received the Holy spirit.. Rather it is one among many gifts.. some may have some may not have but would be gifted with other gifts.. But how can we say that speaking in tongues itself a complete deception and Paul did not encourage it in the Bible?? I would request ur clarification on the below verses of the same chapter 14 where Paul clearly asks to exercise this gift with an interpreter or else to exercise privately..
No more than two or three should speak in tongues. They must speak one at a time, and someone must interpret what they say. But if no one is present who can interpret, they must be silent in your church meeting and speak in tongues to God privately. So, my dear brothers and sisters, be eager to prophesy, and don’t forbid speaking in tongues. But be sure that everything is done properly and in order.

Beware , we have to stand before judgement seat of God. Learn different languages spoken in India which will help to preach Gospel.
