Your college should have NCC unit or you can join in a college which has NCC unit by taking permission from your college principal Physical fitness And general knowledge is required for selection
Usually TSC camp is conducted in June- july and training and selection starts early in April-may Malvankar camp (shooting camp) also conducted in the same period Due to corona both the camps are not conducted in 2020 and 2021 Hope for 2022 and wait for the circular .
Karnataka State police (constable, sub inspector ), reliance industries recruit their security officers from NCC cadets , sahara india will also provide priority to NCC cadets and in INDIAN armed forces like army , navy , airforce will provide priorities to NCC cadets

It is not as easy as you think brother , you have to finish it in best timings with battle gears, this video is demo so no battle gear is used . 100 mtrs running also seems to be so easy than this ( just run fast & straight ) but the thing matters is the timings ! Similarly for obstacles also timing is important .
