In the H-09 video Mag has 111 shields. Is that a different build with Catalyzing Shields?
Yes that is the difference. Mag was the second I played and still used that mod. After Excal I took it out cause more shields, more chance to activate aegis. Not every shot is shield 1 shot so that's why👌🏻
