🤣🤣🤣 I had to go through with it. I had already started the tutorial. And it happens sometimes things don’t go as planned but we can make the best of the situation and turn the day around. So I’m glad it worked out in this situation and plus I wanted to show you guys how the outfit ended up looking because Amazon can be a hit or miss. And I’m definitely going to try that hot roller curls again. I think I need to set it longer than 20 minutes and because they don’t get that hot and add hair spray to hold the style. I didn’t see you use Heat Protectant? Do you use it, or do you rely on your products to impart the heat protection? Question: Trimming Schedule? If you do trims; do you do your own or have them pro-trimmed? And re: the hot roller curls…..Why did you take them out at 4am? Had you left them in until you had to be where you were goin I think that they definitely would have had a tighter set. I definitely had to rewind to see if you were on Am or Pm?😩🤣 End result was lovely! (No 😷 at the Event I see👀😣)🤯 Be Careful out Here!✌🏾🫶🏾
Sorry for the late reply! I didn't use a heat protectant for this style because I didn't really use harsh heat. Those flat iron passes to the roots was so light I knew it wouldn't damage my hair. I do use a heat protectant when I flat iron my whole head tho or when using a wand curler because I know the heat is on a higher setting. And those hot rollers didn't really get too hot thats why the curls fell quickly after taking them out. Next time I will set them for the entire night thats where i messed up at 🤣🤣🤣. I had them setting for an hour or something. It was my first time trying them. And I had just trimmed my hair for the first time in almost 10 years like 2 months prior to this video. They were really damaged from regular wear and tear. I don't have a set trim schedule. I am gradually cutting off the damage to allow time for my hair to catch up so it wont be too short so every 6 months or so. Once it gets to the length i want I will shift to a maintenance cut once a year but we'll see. I hope this helps and Thanks again for watching love! ❤❤❤
