Boho Knotless Braids With Curls
This is a how to video about doing Knotless box braids. These Knotless boho braids with curls have been my go to hairstyle on my natural hair throughout the summer until now. It’s such a cute protective style that helps to grow your hair, doesn’t take a lot of time and lasts for the whole month. I made the the curly pieces in the front by rolling up the loose braiding hair on a flexi rods an and then dumping it in hot water to set. Afterwards I crochet it into my hair and replace them once every 1-2 weeks if it’s frizzy. It was suppose to be a full head boho but I had ran out of time.

Hi! My name is Cree. I have been on my natural hair journey for almost 14 years. I started on July 15, 2010 and never looked back. I wanted to share my journey on natural hair growth while sharing some techniques and styles that can help the next person on their journey. Some of my other interest are make up, fashion and living a healthy lifestyle so maybe I will share videos about this too! Some other interesting facts about me is that I lived abroad in Europe for a few years and got a masters degree in the environmental field. Overall, I am just a silly down to earth person!

Well either you could stretch your color treatments while you are wearing the braids or Idk if this is for grey hair or not but I know there are several dye shampoos on the market some plant based that people are washing their hair with that can color their roots. I saw a video with a lady with dreads using it and it worked to color her greys. There maybe other colors besides black too. I would have to look up the brands. I haven’t tried it yet myself tho.

Most of us BW don’t know how to retain length which is a big factor in all of this. Whenever someone takes out their braids they are typically being rough with it and the ends are breaking off because they aren’t being gentle & moisturizing it first. We don’t need any expensive hair chemicals from the store all we need is olive oil and herbs.
