The framerate at 13:00 is really fine, you have basically nothing to worry about. I recieve such framerate only when I start a level, but as soon as I start breaking something and actually playing the game in general, my frames struggle so much that I basically appear in slow-mo. And if there is enough destruction caused (like you did at said 14:00), the game just turns into a freakin slideshow. It is almost unbearable.
