In Birmingham: 1 emergency vehicle every like 2 hours
London: 15 every 5 seconds
Try greater Manchester, even worse, Salford, we get like 10 every second
Middle of the country, now seeing 2 or 3 a day!
Massive increase since the people were experimented on!
True and, damn, greater Manchester is that bad?
Outskirts of Birmingham (near Dudley), 10 every 30 minutes.
Ah, in England the cars not only stay in front of the vehicle instead of moving away but even intentionally cut them off! What a country.
When you've lived in Britain for all your life then you learn to tell the difference
@@Amy-oh8qb you will soon probably idk 🤣
They're the same, duh.
@@gorgolyt there not, ambulances have I higher pitch where as police have a slightly lower pitch
And fire engines have almost the same as a ambulance but I can't describe that one.
@@gorgolytOBJECTION all the sirens in the UK are completely different 😂
My friend told me they were different and I had had no idea) he's a musician), hence watching this video to try and work it out 😂
We can differentiate between these only when we hear very carefully.
Nah, it's easy. The wail is for long straight road. yelp is used in cities were there is traffic and hyper yelp for extream traffic. High Low for organ tranfer.
When you grown up in a small village on The Eastern most point of the Isle of Wight and you go to London where there’s 2 Ambulances driving Past every 2 seconds: 👁👄👁
Yep
Each emergency vehicle actually has multiple types of sirens in it, usually 3. Like a fire truck has the long wail, the classic nee naw and then a “wow wow wow” The driver may change the sirens based on the type of road they drive on, like I believe that the wail siren is used on long straight roads as it can be heard from further away, but the quicker sirens reach a further radius so are better for cross roads and busy area with multiple side roads.
if the road is congested they use hyper yelp.
@@IxoraNera ah thank you, my mum was an emergency driver and I didn’t know about that one
@@danismith3112 man. she must have a lot of experience huh. Not an easy job and need good experience.
@@IxoraNera she was in the firebrigade, not that that’s any easier than the others but I think she’s probably avoided seeing many things that most people wouldn’t want to see
Positive guys in the Falck! :)
They just had to chose the same ringtone. The cops are very aggressive though.
Came to this video just so i could see if I could guess them right with my eyes shut.
Nice catch the second ambulance I thought was a fire truck for second with the siren lol
When is the next big one where it is like 15-20 mins
I will try and do one shortly. You've just reminded me that I still haven't uploaded my best of Amvulances 2018! Maybe that will be the next compilation?
Is there a difference? I can't tell
The ambulance siren is higher pitched while the fire one is lower and the police one is a little more slower and faster
@@abiii591 aha thanks
@@abiii591 curious, what do you mean by slower and faster?
@@joshvaughan2678 It’s not as rapid as the others
Kent police open day is on the 28-30th June at the Kent police college in maidstone and i'm sure you'll see plenty more and different cars matey.
Off to catch Billy the quid in Chatham high street 😂
So basically they all sound the same then?
Nice!!!!
Grt melvin
Name of the siren from the minute 0:36 please
I live in British
Please do a secamb compilation one day
I will do one shortly! 😎
@@TS112Video YES! thank you 👍

what is the vehicle called at 2:36
It’s a Mercedes Sprinter, converted to an ambulance.
1:40
Thats some really Bad way of dealing with traffic.
Private ambulance forcing road users to run read lights into cross moving traffic..........
If you look at the cars behind the ambulance they also proceed into the junction... VW and the BMW went at almost the same time and the siren came on when they moved, which rounds up to the light being green.
Police and ambulances abuse the sirens , they switch them.on just to get through traffic and red lights . . . Seen it numerous times.
Not generally. Ambulances are sent calls that are then downgraded, or they are sent something and then stood down. There are lots of different reasons for having lights and sirens on - unless you work in the job, you wouldn't be best placed to understand.
How do you know they've used them just to get through red lights and not another reason?
@@TS112Video How do you know there used for emergencies,?? I've seen many get through the traffic and then turn them off its quite obvious if the goverment are tricking the public, what makes you think the NHS staff aren't? We saw everybodys true colours during covid .
Do you work for the ambulance service ?
I work for an emergency service. So I'm aware of how things work and the reasoning behind usage of lights and sirens in different situations, where a general member of the public will not.
They are used when needed.
@@TS112Video Don't bang on about the public dont know anything ... Your profession is constantly on the news channels and Ive got a relative who works for them and he even told me he does it to skip ques which I told him was wrong . But it just shows people in power or with an important badge on always take advantage of their roles to benefit themselves and thats skipping traffic lights . Police do it to and there all corrupt as we know .
