I love Justin Hayward's contributions to this album! I'd never heard of it before I got into the Moody Blues.
OMFG! 😍😍😍😍 I can't believe I've only just seen this! Wowzers this is epic! Im just trying to learn this as I was brought up to war of the worlds as a baby, been to see the live show also, fantastic masterpiece! Thanks to Herbie Flowers xx
Killer dude!
I can't believe anyone else had ever heard of this EPIC 48 track (first ever) album. It's truly brilliant. It's also 90+ min long :)
Best recording of it is the CBS MasterSound 1/2 speed recording issued in the early 80's. I just happen to have one. The CD sounds good, but the CBS Mastersound is the way to go if you can spin vynal.
Where did you get 48 tracks? I count 13 on the original album.
@@jloost-gamer I believe he refers to the tracks used in the recording process, look up 48-track recorder. That should clear it up.
@@djaxupjazz Ah, recording tracks, not album tracks. That clears it up indeed, thanks very much! :D
The SACD version is untouchable
Great cover as usual!
Herbie Flowers couldn't have done it any better!
