Your "studied law" bit is pretty funny. Does that work on drunk guys at the bar? I'm sober, so it doesn't work on me
@kateashby3066 You mean it's simple assault only because no one was harmed. Let him push them into on coming traffic causing an accident. Then, it becomes attempted murder. As for law, nothing is written in stone. It all boils down to the perception of aurguments, evidence, and eyewitness testimony.
What you didn’t realize was that this guy was able to lease this truck. This automatically makes him a badass and king of the road. You must immediately switch lanes and let him pass
The thing is, if the car gets sold, and the new buyer wasn't aware, they made get all the harassment even though they didn't have anything to do with any of it
This happened to me and my kids in July. We were pushed off the road and rolled into a canal in northern Utah. It fully submerged our 4Runner. Our prayers were answered and we were able to get out with no injuries. The guy fled the scene and left us to die for all he knew. He was in a truck with a chrome rack on the front, identical to this one. The night before in the same area a 4runner was clipped from behind and rolled off I-15. Both occupants were life flighted. The person responsible fled the scene. I believe it was the same person. They haven't caught the POS yet.
