Aw, come on. I've been charging my controllers with my Android charger for years.
Heaven Toms so have I, but I know people that didn't know about the compatibility between phone chargers and the dualshock 4. It's a pretty common thing, a couple of friends of mine didn't know about this until they saw me charge mine on the other side of a living room :D

Xbox one has rechargable 3th party packs which last for 40h instead of the crappy 8h. My main complaint about the PS4 controlleres.
you know... rechargeable batteries are a thing..... they can be recharged about 15 times within minutes..... there are batteries with an mini usb port too.

Share play requires the fastest internet known to man. Also you need the messaging app not the PS4 app to message people

My 200mbps download and 12mbps upload Internet connection does it quite well actually. I imagine those with a 1gbps connection have an even better time.
Robert Tucker I've never met anyone in my life that has actually 200mb down. That's what I'm supposed to be getting but the highest I've gotten to is 20
OneDays It fully depends on the area. I live quite close to London so maybe I'm a part of their branch out of fibre and faster Internet. On the PS4, my download speed is only 60mbps download because I use a power line which drastically reduces speeds depending on distance from the router. The thing is there aren't many things out there that use the full speed I can get. Like downloading a file from a server, it doesn't max out the speed. If I do a speed test at speedtest.net, it always records at 190+mbps. The only real example where speeds have gone that high are torrents with a lot of peers (like torrents for images of Linux) which have downloaded at 18 mBytes per second constantly which is 144mbits per second. Pretty far from the intended and recorded 200mbps but that is either due to the torrent still not being good enough or underpowered hardware.
frankinberries share play just needs gaming internet. If you’re running on McDonald’s WiFi it won’t work correct. All that’s really needed is 30-50 mbs which is around the average WiFi plan in California

I like how people are arguing over a console that does the exact same things like you play games, you can watch UA-cam, Netflix the only difference is the controller and some games are only for Xbox and some are only for ps4. If you play a lot of FPS games and feel like the field of view is too zoomed in. you can zoom it out by 5% by going into the options > sound and screen > display area settings and then shrinking it all the way down. then launch the game with that 5% more fov.
This option was ment for those older or cheaper televisions that cuts off their screens around the boarders but it became a handy trick in in the long run.
Some ps4 games will play like the pc version of the same game with use of the mouse and keyboard, however the keybinds will be locked to default and only a few games will allow you to set your own keybinds. the keyboard and mouse is also very useful in using the web browser.

And the Xbox still beat the GameCube even after missing out on about a year in that generation. The Xbox one has a killer app, and Xbox controllers have always been better... except for the duke controller. That one fucking sucked.

My PS4 remote used to work ok now it doesn’t charge well and when it’s low it just cuts out also the battery drains quick even though it’s set to all of the lowest settings can u tell me why or a solution to fix it?

You can remotely buy and download games through your phone into your ps4 is my favorite feature. I always download the pns monthly games while I'm at school so when I get home they're ready to play.

I got my Playstation VR in June and didn't even know this option existed until recently. There is a "Sidetone" option that turns on the VR headset's microphone so you can hear ambient noise in the room (doorbell, phone, people talking) whilst wearing the PSVR earphones. The option doesn't appear until you turn the headset ON which is why I think so many people including myself overlooked it! ^_^
From your Playstation home screen, select Settings.
Select Devices from the Settings menu.
Select Audio Devices from the Devices menu.
Select Sidetone Volume
Adjust to the desired volume. (About 2 or 3 seems to work best for me.)
Never miss that Amazon delivery while you're immersed in a virtual world again! :D

Or, You can Use your Charger when using a new controller plug it in to the PS4 and press the PS button BOOM the controller now works.
If you want to combat battery drain on a PS4 Controller dim the light in the Settings and I would recommend a power bank fully charged on standby for long gaming sessions to plug into the your Controller. You can even get a Power Bank that you can attach to your Controller and it will charge your Controller with the touch of a button on the power bank.
Here is a tip if you have a keybaord plugged into your ps4 just press the following: ALT+F4 and you will be good

The 2nd screen doesn't just apply to the Vita (as much as I loves it) - if you have a Sony phone/tablet you can stream a game from your PS4 directly to your phone & can use your dualshock control.

it was cool to watch this but i already knew all of these and i used to account share on the ps3 which you could share up to 5 playstations but on the 4 its like 3 now, and i share played WW2 with one of my friends and it worked (share play as in party chat share play)
