Ch’en alter will be off-rate and in shop in the GLB Anniversary event with Pepe. Unless you spark her, you’d have to wait over a year before the next Carnival banner. Limited ops don’t get rerun and are exclusively off-rate/spark after their debut, so you either have to get lucky or save a shit ton.

Oh hi dude last time you teach me how to clear IS3 I still stuck at 10 lol (damn nervous impairment). I wanted to ask for squads and tips to clear IS4 10+. I mostly go with Ling or goldenglow because of global range to kill enemies like defense artillery system cause manmade carnival (Emergency) suck balls. I dont have reed alt or typhoon
@Dragor33-rg7xj I myself use mostly guard starters, either take Degen or Exalter. From then choose the operators based on which boss you aim for. For 1st boss just use guard squad. If you aim for 2nd boss you need at least 3 blocker and 3 healer. If you aim for 3rd boss you need burst damage, either take Degen, Wisadel or Typhon. For 4th boss you need 2 laneholder to take care of minion while the rest are snipers & caster to deal with the boss, try to reduce both 4th ending boss HP as low as possible before you defeat one of them because they transfer the stat after you defeat one. For musical disaster any long range sniper is good, Pozy, Typhon, Wisadel etc is good. Just make sure you have healer and someone with block 3 to handle the middle

Just save your pulls, it's not worth it to pull on kernel banner even if your fav character is there. Just collect yellow certs and buy her when she's available if you like her.
Limited banners are worth it, operators in them are extremely strong and impossible to get from other sources. Mudrock is dummy strong too but you could always get her randomly or even buy her from yellow certificate shop eventually. If you really want to pull on normal banners to just improve your roster, doing single pulls until you hit the guaranteed 5-stars in the first 10 is an option (don't do x10, just one by one, that way if you hit your guarantee in the first pull you can save the other 9), but even that is risky since every single pull used that way could cost you Lappland alter Going anywhere past the initial guarantee is kinda trolling, you don't get that many free pulls in arknights and you're better off going all out on limited banners and getting your "normal" 6-stars through yellows and recruitment permits. Just be patient and wait for top operator tags when using permits, you'll get excellent units that way while saving your pulls

Neither. Get any character that ISN'T those two. Especially not characters that only become good in modes that aren't standard content like EX stages. If you insist, in a vacuum W with Module Y is leagues better than Rosmontis.

If you're lacking units i suggest you pull for each banner 10x once, and just pray you get a 6 star, but if not, then save straight up for lappland alter as she is an OP unit, you can clear normal stages with low stars anyways and there are so many low tier guide you can use to help you.
On January 3rd, a standard banner with Pozёmka and Ray will appear, both are among the strongest snipers in the game. On January 16th, a limited banner with Pepe and Narantuya will appear. Narantuya is also a strong sniper, Pepe is a good guard, there is also a very small chance to get one of the previous limited, but I would not count on it. So I would recommend a banner with Ray and Pozёmka, and save up at least 30 pulls for a limited banner, because with 24 free tickets and a lottery for orundum, you will have a total of 60 pulls, which practically guarantees a 6 * character. I will not talk about further banners, I think by that time you will already understand the game yourself and decide which character you want.
I assume save for the 6th anniversary, where Wisadel could rerun, you need 300 pulls to spark for her, else since you're new and you're open to lot of gacha resources, you could spark Texas alter in lappyalter event, both lappy and Suzi's mom are great operators (especially since lappy alter still have her original's one and only effective way of silence (means tied to talent not skill), and Suzu's mom has this unique talent that increase dp regeneration rate, both are good assets for a new player, and Texas alter is Texas alter, she's still one of the top fast redeploys on par with yato alter Edit: after Lapland alter there's also thorns alter, an insane operator that can do both defence and offense effectively (heal and buff your ops + deal DMG and debuff your enemies)
As much as I dislike lappland and her alter because of her edgy ass yandre character I will still save for this banner because of the chance to get limiteds like Skalter and Texas Alter

I believe the monthly headhunting pack is better 4 ur wallet tho and has slightly better rates
If you dont have montlhy card, its interesting, saves more than the headhunting pack, but its more like a prevention than an after failed pulls

I cannot spark Wis'adel from shop?

@nfzen7482 man I was thinking of rolling 300 and then getting Wis'adel. It sucks. Should I get Skalter instead? (I have Texas alter and Virtuosa) or maybe Mumu?

If you're lacking units i suggest you pull for each banner 10x once, and just pray you get a 6 star, but if not, then save straight up for lappland alter as she is an OP unit, you can clear normal stages with low stars anyways and there are so many low tier guide you can use to help you.

On January 3rd, a standard banner with Pozёmka and Ray will appear, both are among the strongest snipers in the game. On January 16th, a limited banner with Pepe and Narantuya will appear. Narantuya is also a strong sniper, Pepe is a good guard, there is also a very small chance to get one of the previous limited, but I would not count on it. So I would recommend a banner with Ray and Pozёmka, and save up at least 30 pulls for a limited banner, because with 24 free tickets and a lottery for orundum, you will have a total of 60 pulls, which practically guarantees a 6 * character. I will not talk about further banners, I think by that time you will already understand the game yourself and decide which character you want.
I assume save for the 6th anniversary, where Wisadel could rerun, you need 300 pulls to spark for her, else since you're new and you're open to lot of gacha resources, you could spark Texas alter in lappyalter event, both lappy and Suzi's mom are great operators (especially since lappy alter still have her original's one and only effective way of silence (means tied to talent not skill), and Suzu's mom has this unique talent that increase dp regeneration rate, both are good assets for a new player, and Texas alter is Texas alter, she's still one of the top fast redeploys on par with yato alter
Edit: after Lapland alter there's also thorns alter, an insane operator that can do both defence and offense effectively (heal and buff your ops + deal DMG and debuff your enemies)
