My daughter doesn’t like pasta cooked in the oven. So I’m thinking maybe I could add the sauce to chicken etc and just put on top of the pasta like you would spaghetti bolognaise, plus she won’t eat melted cheese so I could just sprinkle my cheese on top, Iv added this recipe to my slimming world favourites ready for the weekend 👍
Gefen is a syn free cooking spray they do it in olive oil and canola you can buy it in Tesco in the world aisle it is 3pounds 65pence but it is a larger tin than fry lite by the way this Pasta looks lovely I will be doing this myself xxx Elaine
Angie Walton Hey Angie just to let you know Costco must be doing that spray again as I got some last week it comes in a twin shrink wrapped packaging I got it from the Chester branch but I guess they will all sell it if one does
looks amazing, thanks for sharing, will deffo have to try this and may even cook something similar on my channel. i love being able to try and share new recipes to aid my weight loss and help others. 😀
Can you not just put canola oil in a spray bottle? That's all the Costco one is except it's in an aerosol can. It's not a lower calorie cooking fat like Fry Light is, that's why the syns are different
