If you pop a slightly damp tea towel under your chopping board, it will stop it rotated and potentially injuring yourself. Fab recipe thank you. I'm really looking forward to trying this.
Oils lovely and so easy to make thank you do you have any recipes for honey and chilli chicken nibbles had them In a Chinese restaurant once and I can’t make them the same way the did lol but it would need to be SlimmingWorld ones cos that was a party I was at no worries if you can’t but I will definitely be making this one for my dinner tomorrow
Great simple recipe, thank you! I cooked this for my very fussy eating family last night and they loved it.. Do you have any more recipes that are as simple and delicious as this one?
Very nice recpie I’ve joined sw 3 weeks ago and I’ve lost 10 pounds I was going thru easy recpie and found this Reading comments...u sed 2.5 syns for 1 table spoon of honey u put 3 so does that make it 7.5 syns??? Still all new to syns not really understanding it hence why sticking to the things I’m understanding but it’s getting boring so there for looking for recpie
Yes, 2.5 syns per tbsp of honey, making it 7.5syns for the whole lot. However, you can make 2/3 portions from the dish so you won't be eating the whole 7.5 syns unless you eat it all :)
I foster an autistic young man who food consumption is very limited. I made this today and fudged the contents when asked. Its the first meal he has eaten and actually asked for more. I envision this as a daily food request I will be happy to provide. I served it with green beans and grated cheese.
