Nicely remodeled... but 149 for a mobile home is still alot.
It’s not for everyone I agree
Very nice! How much is the HOA?
$240 monthly, includes water, sewer, trash, lawn maintenance, park amenities
Just absolutely Stunning, What is the lot rent on something like this 🤔
HOA fee is $240 monthly. Includes water/trash/lawn maintenance/ pool/clubhouse and activities. Share value is $40 ,000 which is included in sale price
@@CatherineSeguinRealtorFL is that share value of 240 monthly fee the same as a lot rent? Only it's not a lot rent because we would be the owner of the home? Can you explain that? Thank you in advance.
@@mvooquendo4244 The community is resident owned. It is a co-op which means you own share in the community it’s very similar to a condo. The share value is $40,000. That is what makes this real estate and you do pay property taxes. So you have a vote in the community when they decide to make changes to the budget or improvements or rules. If someone decides to come in and purchase the community you get one share value and it Has to be voted on 75% or more must agree. It’s a great community. It’s in a good location.
How do you finance these?
There are a couple mortgage companies that I am aware of that will finance a manufactured home in a community.
21st Mortgage if one
Hell I build a house for 143
Rick, you could not build a home this size in the county. The land would cost you $143k IF YOU COULD FIND A VACANT LOT😁
@@CatherineSeguinRealtorFL oh yea I can I built House's for 20yr 143 lot home
I like Fla. But kind of afraid of it though. Bcuz you’ll need a shotgun in the house for gators and snakes. And then too, a hurricane may do the whole house in.
Well I am originally from up north and have lived here for about 11 years. I have not seen a Gator except when I go to a lake intentionally to see one in its own habitat. I live in Tampa Bay and there has only been one major Hurricane in the entire 11 years. In my opinion the benefits outweigh the negative.
@@CatherineSeguinRealtorFL That’s good. But what about a snake? You said you haven’t seen a gator on your property but what about a snake? The reason I know about this is bcuz my cousin lived in Orlando back in the day and he kept a shotgun in his house and had to use it one day when a big snake rolled up in his fenced in backyard and was about to swallow his dog. The dog was barking like crazy and how he knew something was wrong. And he had only a few seconds to grab his gun and shoot the snake to save his dog.
